Our inspiration is taken from the spring rain in the field, the fragrance of fresh herbs, freshly picked greens and harvest from the fisherman’s basket. Our food embraces Asian traditions. Signature dishes created from simple recipes inherited from a belief of “eat fresh, live happy”. AJArecommends sharing your food Asian style – so everyone can enjoy the different flavours and ingredients. Extra Food of Herald Sun Gave us 4 stars out of 5 for terrific. Stephen Downes of Herald Sun gave us 18 over 20 for highly recommended, Aja is designed for comfort eating, an experience of a great occasion. We have 3 areas of dining. Each has its own characteristic. The front room has seats 40 people, 1 table of 6’s, 7 tables of 4’s and 3 tables of 2’s. All can be joined to accommodate many options. The upper level has a long bench seat with 5 tables of 2’s and 2 tables of 4’s, total seats for 18 people. All can also be joined to provide different arrangements.
AJA is Fine Dining Restaurant with Modern Asian Cuisines, Our food is mixed of Chinese, Malaysia, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese Cuisines. We only choose food materials and ingredients that is safe and of high quality, such as we only use wild barramundi, our King prawns from Queensland, our Salmon from Tasmania, and Mud Crab from Darwin. So our food price is very reasonable. AJA Restaurant is fully lisenced, We also have a good wine list with good value. AJA Restaurant is Top Rated Asian Restaurant 2014 and Diner’s Choice Award Winner 2014 & 2015.
